We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons. For weddings and large events, we suggest booking at least 6-12 months in advance. For smaller events, a minimum of 3-6 months is ideal. However, we also accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible, subject to availability.

If you already have a photo or logo you want on there, simply send it to us and we can include it. The 360 Booth setup typically needs a space of about 10’x10’. This includes the platform and room for guest movement. Our team will work with you to ensure the setup fits your venue perfectly.

No, we don't recommend projecting the monogram onto the dance floor. Imagine a flashlight shining on a wall—if someone walks in front of it, it disappears. The same happens on the dance floor: the monogram vanishes the moment someone steps on it, disrupting the effect.

The monogram must be projected onto a flat, even, and solid surface, such as a smooth wall or ceiling. Surfaces like curtains with ripples will not work, as they distort or fail to display the design properly. The digital monogram will also not work on glass or mirrors.
